NEW Drugstore Collections Spotted This Week!

So, I am one of those gals who ends up in the drugstore at least 3 times a week. I am the crazy make-up collection stalker lady. Haha! In reality I run into places like Walgreens and CVS so often because there is literally one on every corner where I live. Not only is this convenient for everyday items, but I also have a better chance of scoping out and purchasing NEW or Limited Edition drugstore make-up collections. This week I stopped into CVS and they had a lot of collections that I have not seen at Walgreens or at any other store for that matter. I find that CVS always has a lot of fresh make-up displays where I live.

I've really been trying to be a good girl and not be so impulsive when it comes to purchasing make-up, so I did not purchase anything from any of these collections, but I am definitely going back for one of the items because it caught my eye and I think it's going to be amazing! Let me share my finds with you all!

The first collection I spotted was the Coming Up Roses Collection from Milani. These are limited edition blushes priced at $8.99 a pop which is a little higher on the drugstore price spectrum. BUT, these blushes look amazing. They all looked like they had a matte finish without any shimmer, but when you look really closely these look as if they will apply very airbrushed and beautiful. They almost  look like they have a silky feel to them. I am definitely going back this week to pick one or two of these babies up. I will keep you updated in my videos.

My favorite color in this entire display was 04 Bella Rosa. It's just the most beautiful and perfect girly pink. I think this is going to look great during the winter to freshen up the face and keep it looking healthy and fabulous during summer to give a light pink flush. The other 3 colors in the collection seemed Fall appropriate and the bronze looks as if it could be used as a contour. The packaging is beautiful on these blushes and they are massive. Hopefully the color payoff is as beautiful as everything else about them.

The next collection I spotted were these Rimmel Glosses. They are the 3D-Licious lip glosses. I have to admit that nothing about the packaging or marketing really jumped out at me and made me want to purchase any of the colors. From the display we can tell that these colors are definitely transitioning into the fall. There are deep rich colors with one brighter color to finish off your summer with. These just seemed like any regular gloss to me. Let me know if you've tried these!

Milani is on a roll with releasing new collections at the moment and this collection of nail polish colors is called Fantastical Plumage. These are beautiful cream finished nail varnishes that really pop out and catch the eye. As we can see there is one color in the collection that has a glittery effect to it. If I didn't already own over 200 polishes (don't judge) I might have picked up the entire collection. The orangey red and creamy purple are some definite eye catching colors. I've also heard great things about Milani's nail polish formulas. These are $5.79 a pop and are obviously a bit more than my favorite drugstore nail polish (sinful colors) which are priced between .99 and $1.99. But, none the less these colors are beautiful!

Round of applause for Milani who released yet another collection of nail colors called Retro Glam. Again these are a cream finish with one glittery polish thrown into the collection. Unlike the Fantastical Plumage collection these are a little more toned down. These are more pastel like colors and they are definitely focused on the colors green and pink. Something about this collection just seems a little off for me. I wish they would've released different colors with this collection rather than just greens and pinks. The sparkle effect nail polish doesn't really look like it would be complimentary to these colors as well. These are also $5.79 a piece.

So, these were some of the most recent new and limited edition collections that I have seen lately. Let me know your thoughts or if you've tried any of these products. What have you spotted lately???

Pond's BB+

So..I have to admit that I hadn't jumped on the whole BB cream bandwagon and although I have seen videos with all the hype surrounding them, I just never felt compelled to try them. I felt like drugstores were taking all of their current tinted foundations and relabeling them with the word BB Cream on it because it was becoming a trend.

Originally BB Cream was created in Germany (or so I've read) for people who have had laser  procedures done to their skin. Since we all know that laser procedures can cause raw and red skin, BB Cream was created to not only help disguise the redness in skin, but to also help relieve the skin and heal it. So, a regular tinted moisturizer is obviously not a BB cream and shouldn't be confused with one.

I got a beautiful little box from Influenster.com and Ponds that held a brand new product called Pond's Luminous Finish BB+ in a very appealing and girly package. At first I was a little wary because I am not one to follow trends. But, being that this was right at my doorstep I had to give it a try. Not only that, but Pond's is one of the leading skin care brands in drugstores and was the first moisturizer that I ever used at age 13. I took it on vacation with me and was pleasantly surprised at how silky this stuff was. It was creamy, felt hydrating, gave my skin a healthy look, but had a matte finish. I will admit I have been a bit confused with the name though. Matte finish with luminous in the title??? That can be quite confusing for everyone. But make no mistake. This is a matte finish. Now, I have a lot of redness in my cheeks and although it didn't cover it like my Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation, it did even out my skin tone which I really appreciated. It was fast and easy to apply since I used my fingers and it melts so nicely into the skin. I was really appreciative of the packaging since I was on vacation. No mess, no spills, and the product itself comes out quite thick. It's not runny at all.
Before I left I had given a tube to my mother who is 58 years old and has very different skin from my 29 year old self. When I returned she raved about it saying that it felt so soft on her skin and she loved how moisturizing it felt. I fully agree! It's amazing that they've created a moisturizing product that is matte! *Mind blown* So..Pond's claims this BB+ Cream will lighten age spots, even skin tone out in 2 weeks, provide superior coverage, hydrate, brighten and protect our skin with SPF15. This is what I had been searching for! A BB cream in drugstores that actually helps our skin like it's supposed to.

I am amazed by this product and although I was a BB cream virgin and have nothing to compare it to, I have however had experience with stage make-up, several high end foundations, tinted moisturizers, drugstore products, etc to know when I love something because it's fab. I am pretty picky when it comes to the quality of make-up and I LOVE when I find something great that is affordable. This is now available in drugstores for $9.99 an I'm more than sure we'll see some coupons floating around. I recommend this for all ages and all skin types. I also find this suitable for young girls who "want" to wear foundation ( don't mask your young beautiful skin), but may not be mature enough to do so only because of the light coverage and protection it provides for the skin.
I also wanted to share that I was offered an opportunity with Pond's. I was offered the chance to become a Pond's beauty ambassador. Of course if I didn't love this product, I wouldn't have even thought about participating, making a vid, or creating this post. So...when I loved it, I became excited and decided to join their challenge. We had to create a 2 minute video which is now up on the Pond's FB website and have our viewers, friends, and family vote on it and the top 3 will have a chance to appear on Entertainment Tonight! How exciting! Feel free to check out the contest and if you'd like. I'd appreciate your votes. Voting ends August 12th, 2013 and you can vote everyday! Be sure to search for me..Hayley...and press vote!

If you're new to my blog (which most of you are because it's new...lol) then please check out my youtube channel as well www.youtube.com/user/hayley7363 where I have recently spoken about this product as well. I hope everyone has a fabulous week and of course finds some fabulous deals on make-up deals! So...My question is...What is your favorite BB Cream???

Welcome to my Beauty Bubble!!!

Hello Beauties!

First of all...Welcome to my Beauty Bubble! Why do I call it my "Beauty Bubble." Well, because I feel like once I'm immersing myself into the world of beauty whether it be swatching new products, scouting out new product collections, or doing my make-up...I'm in what I like to call my beauty bubble. I'm in the zone. I LOVE to look for brand new collections and unfortunately not all of the products that I think are awesome make it into my beauty videos.
www.youtube.com/user/Hayley7363

Sometimes I'll be absolutely crazy over an item, but it's just not worth dedicating a whole video too, so voila! My new beauty blog. But, on the flip side there are those products that I absolutely despise that I feel are worth sharing to save my fellow makeup crazed lovers some mula.  So you will see some product fails as well as my journey with Cushing's and Hypothyroidism tossed in here and there.  I won't get to wishy washy over those subjects, but I know that some people have been crazily curious about my health and sometimes it can be a little awkward to update through video form.  I am going to try really hard to dedicate one day a week (at this point in time) to my Beauty Bubble.  I'm hoping to dedicate a few days in the future, but between 2 youtube channels, a DJ business, a flourishing Scentsy business, and on-line boutique time is a little cramped. I love my viewers and followers and I feel this extra adventure is worth it because of you all!

Thanks so much for entering my little world! I hope you will subscribe to follow my crazy beauty adventures! See you on wednesdays! :)

Gotta love those eye cooling masks from The Dollar Tree! ;)
